Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets 30 days of full functionality, no credit card required. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going (your data is kept safe either way).
What happens when the trial ends?
You can still sign in, but timesheeting pauses until you choose a plan — nothing is deleted. Subscribe to Solo, Standard or Premium and you're straight back in.
What counts as a “seat”?
An active user on your KairosDX workspace. Deactivated or archived users don't count against your limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, plans are month-to-month with no lock-in.
What if I need more than 10 seats but don't need Premium's extras?
Premium is unlimited seats at a flat NZ$50/month — most growing teams find it's simpler than per-seat pricing once they pass 10 people.
